SAFe® Scrum Master Certification

The SAFe Scrum Master course provides participants with all the tools to effectively guide Agile teams in large-scale corporate contexts. The training will not only provide you with the techniques and skills to function as a Scrum Master, but also resources to work effectively in remote settings with distributed teams.

Unlike traditional courses that only implement Scrum logic at the single team level, the course offered by Hermes places Scrum in the context of the entire organization. This approach allows participants to gain a deep understanding of servant leadership, promoting continuous company improvement.

Upon completing the course and obtaining the SAFe Scrum Master certification, you will be fully prepared to take on this role, becoming a Servant Leader capable of developing and leading effective, motivated, and high-performing teams.
