Junior talent
A recent graduate or a professional with less than 2 years experience in the role. The training program consists of:
- admission test: assessment and evaluation of technical skills and soft skills;
- assignment in the appropriate consultancy area, plus coaching activity made by a certified tutor;
- Agile and Lean courses and certifications;
- refresher courses for primary and secondary technical skills;
- empowerment activities;
- experiences in consultancy (training on the job);
- annual test with certification of multi-disciplinary skills.
Intermediate talent
A professional with experience in the role between 2 and 5 years. The training program consists of:
- admission test: assessment and evaluation of technical skills and soft skills;
- assignment in the appropriate consultancy area;
- Agile and Lean courses and certifications;
- refresher courses for primary and secondary technical skills;
- empowerment activities;
- annual test with certification of multi-disciplinary skills.
Senior talent
A professional with more than 5 years of experience in the role. The training program consists of:
- admission test: assessment and evaluation of technical skills and soft skills;
- assignment in the appropriate consultancy area;
- Agile and Lean courses and certifications;
- refresher courses for primary and secondary technical skills;
- empowerment activities;
- annual test with certification of multi-disciplinary skills.
