The course is specifically designed for Human Resources professionals who want to bridge the gap between traditional HR practices and the evolving world of work, bringing innovation into the company.

A significant shift is taking place in how businesses approach people management. HR departments are realizing that traditional HR practices can’t support the needs of today’s rapidly changing business environments. To address this gap, the Agile HR Explorer course provides participants with guidance on aligning HR practices with SAFe transformation and Agile teams.

The training program offers a high-level understanding of Agile methodology and its influence on HR processes. Participants will explore the new World of Work and discover why Agile is vital in creating more stable, responsive, and successful organizations.

Giacomo Caturegli

The course is led by Giacomo Caturegli, entrepreneur, investor, and solutions architect. Involved in IT since 1994, in 2005, together with Federico Gulletta, he founded the software consulting and development company Hermes Trade, now Hermes Corporate. With a rich international background, Giacomo Caturegli has worked in various industrial sectors, such as petrochemical, energy, logistics, aviation, construction, fashion. As a certified SAFe trainer (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM), and Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), he now promotes the values and principles of Lean and Agile methodologies for the growth of company teams and professionals.
