SAFe® for Teams Certification, SAFe Practitioner

The SAFe Practitioner course is designed to introduce corporate teams to the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework, preparing them to operate effectively within an Agile Release Train (ART).

The training program provides a comprehensive overview of the entire SAFe framework, with a focus on its foundational principles and four levels (Team, Program, Large Solution, and Portfolio). Participants will learn how to form and launch an Agile Release Train, a group of Agile teams working collaboratively to regularly deliver value. A significant portion of the course emphasizes the proper preparation for the Program Increment (PI), an alignment event where all Train members gather to plan the work for subsequent increments.

The course concludes with an examination. Upon successful completion, participants will earn the SAFe Practitioner certification.
