Mindfulness and hypnosis for Stress Management

Approaching daily life situations with the right levels of stress enables faster and more effective achievement of personal and professional goals, also enabling to fully recognize the success of each result accomplished.

Hermes offers a training program aimed at enhancing stress management capabilities for individual professionals or teams, teaching how to increase stress tolerance, and helping participants achieve states of self awareness, conscious calm and serenity. Using specialized techniques, participants will learn how to regulate and modulate the neuroendocrine stress system, effectively tackling obstacles in both personal and professional life.

The training program consists of 16 sessions, where each participant can express and address their specific needs within a supportive and personalized listening environment. At the end of the program, a final assessment test will be conducted to evaluate the acquired skills. Each participant will then receive a certificate of attendance.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Learn mindfulness and meditation techniques to reduce anxiety and stress.
  • Develop skills to stay present and focused on the present moment.
  • Practising hypnotic techniques for therapeutic purposes.
  • Integrate mindfulness and hypnosis practices into daily routine for more effective stress management in the workplace.
  • Enhance attention and concentration when facing critical, risky, and uncertain situations.
  • Provide resources and tools for continuous practice and independent deepening of the learned techniques.

  • Introduction to the concept of anxiety. Measuring anxiety: the anxiety thermometer.
  • Fear of others' judgment; Comparing expectations and reality.
  • Mindfulness: observing thoughts and emotions.
  • Challenging one’s viewpoint and beliefs.
  • How to limit inferences and assumptions and confront one's fears.
  • Learning to be assertive.
  • Sharing experiences and themed exercises.
  • Guided meditation sessions.

The training program is open to both individual professionals and organizational teams. The number of participants can range from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 12.

There are no prerequisites for this training program.

Giulia Sbaragli

The training program is led and moderated by Giulia Sbaragli, Relationship Manager at Hermes, senior professional expert in human resources and organizational psychology, who has gained many years of experience in corporate organizations and has brought her own contribution to Hermes.
