Approaching daily life situations with the right levels of stress enables faster and more effective achievement of personal and professional goals, also enabling to fully recognize the success of each result accomplished.
Hermes offers a training program aimed at enhancing stress management capabilities for individual professionals or teams, teaching how to increase stress tolerance, and helping participants achieve states of self awareness, conscious calm and serenity. Using specialized techniques, participants will learn how to regulate and modulate the neuroendocrine stress system, effectively tackling obstacles in both personal and professional life.
The training program consists of 16 sessions, where each participant can express and address their specific needs within a supportive and personalized listening environment. At the end of the program, a final assessment test will be conducted to evaluate the acquired skills. Each participant will then receive a certificate of attendance.
