Empathy and emotional intelligence are essential soft skills for fostering productive and effective interpersonal relationships, fostering greater organizational well-being. Overcoming communication barriers and promoting an understanding of others creates a foundation for enhanced self-awareness and improved sharing of emotions.
The program provided by Hermes aims to develop and strengthen emotional literacy, assisting participants in increasing self-awareness and emotional self-control, distancing from conflict behaviors that hinder successful team work. The training program consists of 8 sessions, where each participant can express and address their specific needs within a supportive and personalized listening environment. At the end of the training path, a final assessment test will be conducted to evaluate the acquired skills. Each participant will then receive a certificate of attendance.
